We visit to have a look at the appliance and base on the condition of the appliance we decide whether it should be repaired.  We also decide whether it is feasible and if parts can be found. The service cost can be applied or deducted based on your decision to have the repair done or not. If you decide to have the job done, the diagnostic fee is waived and you pay for the repair.  If for some reason you decide not to do the job, you only pay the diagnostic fee to cover the time and expense of our visit and the diagnosis. We don’t schedule appointments if we think we cannot help you.
